About Village Nest Daycare
Our Philosophy
At Village Nest Daycare, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Our philosophy is rooted in play-based learning, giving children the opportunity to explore, create, discover, and develop at their own pace through meaningful play and hands-on experiences.
We strive to create a home-like environment where every child feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. We believe that strong relationships and a sense of belonging are the foundation for learning and development, creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
Our Environment
At Village Nest Daycare, children are welcomed into a warm, home-like environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. We celebrate language and culture by naturally incorporating English, Portuguese, and Spanish throughout the day through conversation, play, music, books, and everyday routines.
Our Curriculum
At Village Nest Daycare, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Our play-based curriculum supports social-emotional development, early literacy and math skills, creativity, independence, and physical development.
We create fun, age-appropriate learning experiences that follow each child's interests while building the skills and confidence they need for a successful transition to kindergarten

As a mom of two young children, ages 5 and 6, she brings both personal experience and a genuine love for working with children to Village Nest Daycare. She has several years of babysitting, along with three years working in a preschool setting. She also volunteers in the children's nursery rooms at her church, helping create a safe, welco

She is a proud mom to a one-year-old and has spent the past 8 years working with children as a babysitter and nanny. She also has 2 years of experience as an elementary school substitute teacher and 3 years working in pediatric emergency rooms.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and holds a Behavioral Tech
